Joined as first employee in Paris office to help fortune5oo companies ship software differently. Strategic projects with Orange, Renault etc…teaching lean methodologies, XP and pair-programming and delivering results.
Joined as first UX designers to ship Android and iOS Apps in 3 months. Initiated design sprints and a user-centered thinking to problem resolution and helped switch the product development process to a lean one.
